Discount Hotel Rooms

To qualify for your £65 credit, rooms must be reserved prior to arrival. Night of 16th January 2018 only. Please note: Visitors must attend the show on BOTH days to claim their credit. Bookings are expected to be twin room double occupancy wherever possible. Bed and breakfast rates; no extras. To gain a credit for your rooms, delegates must present their bill after 3 pm on the 17th of January at the Customer Focus redemption desk where they will receive a redemption form and can have their bill stamped. The form should then be completed and returned to Customer Focus via post or email together with a copy of the invoice. We will then raise a credit on your Customer Focus account. To qualify for your £60 flight credit, book your flight direct with the rail provider, See the list for approved train times for which we can arrange coach transfers to and from the exhibition. If you wish to use the coach transfer service, you must advise us by phone or email by 5pm 12th January 2018. To gain a credit on your flight, delegates must present their ticket or bill after 3 pm on the 16th or 17th of January at the Customer Focus redemption desk where they will receive a redemption form and can have their tickets stamped.
